Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Botanicals & Aromatics. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains when and how items may be returned, how refunds are processed, and what to expect if something goes wrong with your order.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
For safety, hygiene, and productintegrity reasons, we can only accept returns if:
⦁ The item is in its original, unopened, and unused condition
⦁ The packaging is intact and unaltered
⦁ The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
⦁ A valid reason for return is provided
We cannot accept returns of any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.
NonReturnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:
⦁ Opened or used products
⦁ Items damaged after delivery
⦁ Products purchased from thirdparty retailers
⦁ Gift cards or promotional items
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending anything back.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, email us at sales@turboterps.com with:
⦁ Your order number
⦁ The item(s) you wish to return
⦁ Your reason for return
⦁ A photo of the unopened product (optional but helpful)
We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
⦁ Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility
⦁ We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit
⦁ Original shipping fees are nonrefundable
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or faulty item), we will cover return shipping or offer an alternative resolution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
⦁ We will notify you of approval or rejection
⦁ Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
⦁ Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process after approval
Refunds will not be issued for:
⦁ Items returned in used or opened condition
⦁ Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
⦁ Parcels returned due to incorrect address provided at checkout
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
⦁ Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
⦁ Provide photos of the item and packaging
⦁ We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate
We always aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel does not arrive:
⦁ Check tracking information (if applicable)
⦁ Contact us so we can investigate with the courier
Once confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the unopened product for a refund and place a new order.
